Virgin rubber bumper plates are made from 100% new raw rubber, while recycled rubber plates contain ground-up used rubber products. Virgin rubber has consistent quality, minimal odor, better durability, and more predictable bounce. Recycled rubber plates are cheaper but can have strong chemical odor, inconsistent density, and shorter lifespan. For commercial gyms, virgin rubber is strongly recommended.

Yes. These bumper plates are designed for Olympic lifting and can be dropped from overhead. The low-bounce dead-blow technology minimizes rebound and floor impact. However, for long-term floor protection, we recommend using rubber gym flooring (15mm+ thickness) or lifting platforms. Repeated drops on bare concrete can damage the floor over time.

Yes. We offer both lb and kg versions. Standard kg sets include 2x25, 2x20, 2x15, 2x10, 2x5 kg (150kg total). We can also create custom weight sets based on your specific needs — contact us with your requirements and we'll provide a custom quotation. Fractional plates (0.25-1kg) are also available separately.

We offer a 3-year warranty against cracking, splitting, and insert separation under normal commercial use. The rubber coating is warrantied against excessive peeling for 2 years. Normal wear (scuffing, fading) is not covered. For high-volume orders, we can provide extended warranty terms. All warranty claims require photos and batch number verification.
